The VIP Sale will run from 28th October 2025 until 6th November 2025, after which the sale will open to the public.
Access to the VIP Sale is exclusive to customers who have signed up for our VIP mailing list and/or received the unique access link.
The applicable discount will be automatically applied at checkout to all eligible WOLF items.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively and are valid only for purchases made during the active sale period.
All sale items are final sale, unless found to be faulty. Some exclusions may apply.

Items purchased during the Seasonal Sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
This includes, but is not limited to, statutory rights for faulty, damaged, or mis-described goods, or any mandatory cooling-off period in your jurisdiction.
If an item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible after receipt to arrange an exchange or refund. All faulty items are subject to inspection and verification by WOLF before a refund or replacement is issued. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method only.
