My grandpa’s Rolex was gifted to me by my family for showing kindness and compassion to him during his sick times. My grandpa got a stroke 5 years ago and he was unable to move and take care of himself. I took on the responsibility of taking care of him because of how he treated me when I was younger – I wanted to repay him. My grandpa passed away in August of 2020 but his legacy lives with me within his watch. Every time I wear his watch I know he’s with me. This watch will be something I’ll pass down to my kids and their kids.
