I started my watch collection in 2015 when I was able to chance upon a Rolex Daytona Cosmograph stainless steel. It was a hard find as I was searching for it for 2 years. This was followed with a gift from my wife of a Rolex GMT 2 Watch (Batman) in 2016. She bought it after I was able to win an auction at the Cayman Cookout for a special invitation to watch Hamilton including dinner with 2 of the cast members. I have included in the watch winder my Rolex watches for my parents that still has to be handed to them as the current COVID pandemic restricts me from going back home to the Philippines to hand them over their first Rolex watches. The last piece I just got was a green Rolex Submariner which is another gift from my wife as we got married in August 8, 2020.
