My travel companion for business trips, my MB Heritage GMT was an uncommon gift from my husband, since I’m a smart watch kind of person; it never crossed my mind having something mechanical on my wrist. Due to my work, I get to travel to different time zones very often, which I guess, was an incentive and great opportunity for him to give it to me as a 30th birthday present. At first I was a little skeptical of his intentions (Him been a watch fan), but later on as I started wearing it and noticing he respected my gift and not borrowing it, It became clear that was purchased thinking of me. Now, every time I’m at a terminal or meeting, I look at my right wrist to check for messages and then turn to my left wrist and remember my husband and the love I feel for him.
