When I was younger my father shared with me his passion for watches, particularly pocket watches. I remember when I turned 18 and he gifted to me his Hamilton Railroad watch which I was fascinated by because of the clear back which allowed me to see how the movement worked. Years later he passed on his Jaeger-LeCoultre Memovox which also fascinated me since it was an automatic watch with an alarm. Today those watches as well as the rest of his collection which he left to me when he passed 10 years ago hold a special place in my heart and among my own collection which find a home in Wolf display boxes.
