All returns must be authorized within 14 working days of order receipt. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Items not returned in new condition and/or without original packaging and accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
For returns due to buyer’s remorse or a change of mind, WOLF is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are also non-refundable.
A Return Authorization is required for ALL returns as well as proof of purchase. Any returns not accompanied by a valid Return Authorization will not be accepted. Please contact customer service by clicking here to obtain a Return Authorization and for further return instructions.
