Growing up in a poor immigrant family, we didn’t have too many nice objects to pass down. When I finished college and started working, I wanted to get something nice I could pass down to my kids. I’d always loved watches for the combination of art and mechanical engineering that they epitomized and so I bought this as a symbol of how far we’d come.
