When people see my Submariner, I often get asked if there was a story around it. Yes there is, and it’s quite funny. Shortly after my 9th wedding anniversary my wife asked me what I had in mind for our 10th. I quickly replied ‘a Rolex Submariner’. She looked puzzled as she was expecting a vacation destination. Fast forward to our 10th wedding anniversary, I got my Submariner and she got an unbelievable cruise.
