I have been fascinated by mechanical watches for over for over 20 years, owning many different brands. The wonder and magic of holding and wearing a carefully constructed timepiece. The beauty of its dial and movement, listening to the ticking of its heart beat, and seeing the balance wheel in action captivates me every time. My most recent acquisition was the Patek Philippe 5960P ever since its release back in 2006. Indeed it was inevitable as a watch enthusiast to own a Patek Philippe. Watches to me are more than just ownership of beauty and for practical purpose, but something transcending passion to family and legacy. The 5960P is a watch that I see never selling, and one day passing on to the next generation. But for something so precious I find it important that I keep it forever running. I do own a few Wolf Watch Winders, which have been particularly useful when traveling. Knowing that the watches I do leave behind continue to run, and run well on winders that are both reliable, safe, and stylish.
